As a key member of our Financial Advisor Services Institutional Sales Team, you'll execute a range of client-facing, sales-related activities, including direct and email campaigns, internal and external marketing campaigns, customized list production and tracking results.

Your strong client-relationship skills, poise and initiative will allow you to represent the Sales Executive in his/her absence with key account decision makers. You'll proactively manage client inquiries and requests, RFP research, and other sales support activities. External sales executives will rely on you to answer specialized product questions, research competitive information and fulfill requests for sales and marketing materials.

Position Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Minimum two years' experience in the financial services industry.
- FINRA Series 63 and 7 Licenses, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Understanding of secondary market trading practices, particularly in relation to Exchange Traded Funds.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with personnel at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and contact management databases.
