US GAAP Reporting & Analysis Specialist
Key Responsibilities
You will became a member of our team which:
manages payroll accruals (bonuses, vacation, overtime, severance) and governs the payroll processes, with great interaction with HR function and AHRS
supports controllers in payroll analysis
produces US GAAP Reporting to Corporate Controllership, answers to specific request of information and supports requests from Kpmg US
makes monthly analysis on major non-payroll expenses, as well as on some balance sheet accounts, in order to verify consistency of the trend and completeness of costs
makes pre-close/post-close Balance sheet and Profit & Loss analysis, in order to identify unusual trend to be investigated and justified
improves our processes and procedures, in order to get efficiencies and better work
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Accounting knowledge and attitude to analysis
SAP FI-CO basic knowledge
Total experience required: 3-5 years
Deep knowledge of Excel
Good English (written and spoken)
Accuracy and reliability
Flexibility and availability to work over the standard time during month-end close
Pro-activity and attitude to work in team
