Various managerial and analyst positions within Private Banking Operations handling equities, mutual funds, bonds and structured products. Title and responsibilities will commersuate with experience.
  • Cash and Securities Reconciliations
  • Liaise with custodians and internal customers on corporate actions and proxy arrangement
  • Process corporate action for all instructions
  • Reconciliation for US IRS reporting
  • Cash and securities reconciliation
  • Monitoring of Failed Trades
  • Knowledge in handling SWIFT payment (i.e MT103/MT202) and SBLC/Guarantee is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SwiftAlliance, Midas and Triple A is advantageous
