BlackRock is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our eBusiness team within the Enterprise Marketing department. This individual will report to the Content Manager, Vice President of the eBusiness group.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Content Coordinator will be to manage a wide range of projects independently while also assisting with content management and publishing. As part of their project management role, this individual will oversee the creation, editing and approval process for a variety of web promotions. As part of their web publishing portion of this role, the individual will assist in managing content on a variety of web sites. This individual will have direct responsibility for ensuring that assigned content is published quickly and accurately, helping to keep BlackRock’s web venues up to date. The Content Coordinator will assist the eContent Manager in maintaining content tracking reports for BlackRock’s eBusiness team and marketing channels. In addition, the individual will provide support to the Web Design team by assisting with campaigns and populating various web templates.

  • Manage the creation, editing/review process and implementation of various web promotions for fund launches, sales ideas and special events

  • Perform web content publishing across a variety of web venues

  • Track and report on content published for eBusiness team and marketing channels

  • Ensure all content published reflects defined BlackRock branding standards

  • Support members of web design team during the creation of sales campaigns

  • Qualifications:

  • Basic working knowledge of HTML.

  • Basic working knowledge of common content publishing tools such as Stellent.

  • BA/BS preferred

  • A minimum of 1 year of marketing or administrative assistant experience required; financial services experience preferred.

  • Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to learn new software applications and to adapt to changing priorities

  • Team player able to effectively operate in a collaborative environment

  • Self–starter able to efficiently manage their time
