You will work with Executive Services Financial Consultants in Schwab Investor Development to support high net worth clients and prospects seeking specialized advice related to their equity compensation from their employer.

Responsibilities:
You will work with Executive Services Financial Consultants in Schwab Investor Development to support high net worth clients and prospects seeking specialized advice related to their equity compensation from their employer. These solutions will range from providing stock option and deferred compensation strategies to guidance and support on employer sponsored stock options and restricted stock.
You will support the Executive Services Financial Consultant who is the primary contact for the client relationships but also interact directly with both clients and prospects to provide specific equity compensation expertise.
You will function as the in-house subject matter expert, working with clients and their “centers of influence” (i.e., tax attorneys, CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance providers, and others) and share your knowledge with FCs.
As an Executive Services Equity Compensation Consultant, you will:
Develop and manage strong relationships with HNW executives of key corporate clients and their “centers of influence,”
Provide support on stock option and deferred compensation strategies as well as client support for concentrated positions
Work closely with Stock Plan Services Executive Trading support teams to deliver best execution for HNW executives
Have relevant financial services knowledge and be able to communicate Schwab’s products and services as well as Schwab’s policies and procedures
Be known as the group’s equity compensation subject matter expert
Qualifications:
You are required to have equity compensation expertise
NASD Series 7, 63 & 66 licenses
Demonstrated expertise in providing direct client solutions
Ability to work closely with Executive Services Financial Consultants and BDOs to develop resources and leads for potential clients/prospects
Experience in creating and presenting these solutions to clients.
You MUST possess:
1. Minimum of 10 years experience in equity compensation consulting with knowledge of Section 16 and 10B5-1 plans 2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several Executive Consultant and BDO practices across the country to provide clients solutions in a timely manner 3. Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to address clients'/prospects' needs and goals. 4. Superior presentation skills and demonstrated success in a team-selling environment 5. Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, client service, networking and analytical skills 6. Effective interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills 7. Strong business/customer focus; ability to think in terms of customer experience/perspective.
