In this role, you will be the manager for the corporate actions team. You will be responsible for asset servicing and an integral mentor for all income processing and corporate actions events. You are a hands on manager that will be instrumental in hiring and training of your team as the requriement arises. You will look into research, input, reconciliation and processing mandatory and discretionary corporate actions. You will be responsible for the smooth operations in day to day processing and settlements of corporate actions. You will service internal client groups and be able to resolve discrepancies should situation arise.

As you will be coordinating and working closely with Senior Management across the business on various initiatives, highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills are mandatory. You will be initiative and continually work on greater efficiency in delivery.

Requirements:-

• Degree qualified with 5 years experience in Corporate Actions
• Priority to private bank relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Actions, Financial Markets and Instruments will be a plus
• Strong Administrative and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical, Meticulous and Hands On
• Advanced communication skills
• Proven 3 years team management ability
