They have an established record in the Project Finance market, having been part of the major of deals of recent times, and are looking for a recognised Director to continue the growth of the division and to achieve higher status roles. The bank has quadrupled its portfolio in Australia in recent years and is seeking opportunities to grow existing business and expand into new product areas.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, you will be a senior member of the team within the Project Finance Division. With a strong team of risk and financial analysts, you will play a significant role in the generation of projects, marketing and the execution of transactions. With a substantial balance sheet and a sound analytical foundation, they are well positioned for strategic growth in Australia.
Several years proven experience dealing with large project finance transactions is considered essential. With experience in arranging substantial transactions ($20m+), skills in legal, and modeling sufficient to be the lead arranger on project finance deals. Tertiary qualifications in finance or economics will be preferred in order to provide the foundations to write credit applications and monitor the portfolio.
