The selected individual will be responsible for completing process analysis, evaluations, and implementation of process improvements, primarily centered on foreign exchange trading and sales, risk management, compliance and operational components. You will initiate and plan business reviews involving requirement definition and selection of new concepts and development of new or improved processes, as they relate to the implementation of the Calypso system. You will act as a liaison to the business lines (Trading, Risk Management, Operations within International Banking) to ensure new products, services and technological developments (ie. Calypso) are compatible with current processes and designs. You will also redesign process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 8+ years business experience
• Proven experience in a trading environment (FX or other derivatives)
• Experience defining and writing business requirements
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Flexibility is essential – the ability to self-manage, while at the same time being part of an ever-morphing team
• A “go-getting” attitude – someone who can drive the process, proactively seek out answers to business problems, and isn’t afraid to juggle multiple deadlines for deliverables
• Leadership/management skills will be essential in managing resources, tasks and deliverables against a plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Foreign Exchange exposure
• Trading desk experience or exposure
• Risk Management or Middle Office experience
• Calypso experience a plus
• Fenics experience a plus
