The Challenge

Joining a highly regarded Irish Corporate Finance team who have been involved in a large number of high profile transactions, role will involve executing transactions from cradle to grave including presenting transaction credit worthiness, negotiating with equity and debt finance houses, project managing corporate and legal teams and financial transactional due diligence programmes. Candidate will prepare detailed financial models and should be highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (excel, word and powerpoint). A further skillset will involve building commercial relationships across a broad range of intermediary and professional firms ensuring the brand of the organisation is marketed and maintained to the highest standards.

The Candidate

Candidate will be currently working in a Corporate Finance capacity with an advisory or Big 4 firm. A highly driven professional will flourish in this aggressively growing firm. First rate interpersonal, communication and presentation skills essential.

The Compensation

Remuneration package will be very attractive to include a salary of c.90k + Bonus + Benefits.
