A multi-billion dollar long-short equity fund based in Greenwich, CT is seeking both Junior and Senior Equity Traders. The fund primarily invests in the U.S. and Europe. It focuses on financials, telecommunications, media, technology, and consumer stocks.
Trader will be expected to analyze and develop trading strategies and help on trading system improvements. Ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of trading experience on the BUY-SIDE. Must have excellent computer skills, SQL; with some C++, JAVA and/or Perl.
Sell-Side relationships a plus.
BS/MS from a top school and strong academic performance is a plus.
