This is an outstanding opportunity to join our clients Leveraged Finance team focusing on Healthcare or TMT. Our client is looking for people on the Origination (1 Director) and the Portfolio Management (1 AD + 1AVP + 1 Associate) side.
As the Origination Director of the Healthcare LF team, you will be originating mid-market European transactions and underwriting them.
As a Portfolio Manager you will be working alongside originators and will be in charge of monitoring a portfolio focusing on TMT or Healthcare to ensure risks are controlled.
The ideal candidate for the Director in origination will have a a solid background in Leveraged Finance. Our client is looking for someone with strong credit/financial analysis skills as well as solid product knowledge. They would also look for someone with negotiation skills. Knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry is desirable but not compulsory, but fluency in German is essential.
On the Portfolio Management side, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in Healthcare Finance or TMT as well as solid background in Leveraged Finance. Our client is looking for someone with strong credit/financial analysis skills. Fluency in an European language would also be an advantage.
