JOB TITLE: INVESTMENT ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of annual statutory accounts for the Special Purpose Vehicles owning the assets.Reporting to the Senior Deal Accountant you will prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for a number of investments.
Reconciliation of Monthly Bank accounts.
Timely distributions of assets proceeds back to the fund in accordance with the investments legal and tax structures.
Income and Expense analysis for each investment.
Reconciliation of internal company's payable/receivable relationships.
Preparation of bi monthly VAT Returns on your investments
Analysis of individual relationships in the SPV's and determining their treatment on the income statement.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: You will be either a part-qualified ACA /ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector. You will have good analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be a flexible self-starter who wants to work in a challenging and rewarding office environment. You are proficient in Excel, word and Electronic mail.

SALARY: €40,000 - €55,000
