This new position will report directly to the VP Business Acquisition and play a key role in the long-term business development and market share of All Options. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To effectively be the face of All Options in promoting the company and ensuring competitiveness in the market place.

• To establish and grow profitable business relationships so to increase the business flow for All Options through direct contact with hedge funds, pension funds, brokerages, banks and more.
• Identifying new business possibilities
• specifically trading possibilities – both locally and internationally through market analysis, networking and pro-active contact.

• To adopt and implement a strategic approach to long-term business development for All Options.

• Regular international travel for face to face client meetings.
• Obtain information on industry-related external parties as to their likely profitability and potential business value-add to All Options.
• Remaining up to date with market trends and developments by sourcing relevant articles and attending relevant meetings, seminars and expos etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• At least 2-3 years of banking/ financial industry experience.

• A proven track record of previous relationship management/ sales success.

• Strong affinity for financial markets and result oriented.

• Experience in building and establishing new business contacts and proven ability to build strong business relationships.

• Ability to act strategically with regard to business growth.

• Above average ability to interpret data and solve problems while performing under pressure.

• Fluent in English and preferably other European languages (eg French, German, Spanish, Italian).

• Above average communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.

• An entrepreneurial spirit who can think innovatively and who possesses effective negotiating and closing skills.

• Motivated to be a part of a high-paced company moving forward and growing rapidly.
• Flexible attitude to international travel.

• Strongly driven and pro-active personality with initiative, tact and maturity.

• Excellent organizational and planning ability.
