The successful candidate has the primary responsibility to assist the business liaison in gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Confer with business liaison regarding the problem to be resolved and/or the type of data to be processed.
  • Analyze the problem/project in terms of systems requirements.
  • Development of functional and/or design specifications.
  • Join program development team.
  • Prepare the appropriate documents necessary to effect changes or modifications to the system.
  • Develop test plans and participate in system design and user testing.
  • Assist in the implementation of software modules.
  • Train system users, assist and guide junior staff members. Technical knowledge/skills requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 5+ Years experience in programming in a Client/Server or Web environment (JAVA/Relational Database, SQL).
  • Experience with Securities Processing systems
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Expertise in developing System, Work-Flow and Process Use Case Diagrams and documents
