Ensure accurate reconciliation of institutional portfolios between accounting system, trading system and custodian;

Perform quality control checks on accounting data to ensure integrity;

Research and document all reconcilable differences and take appropriate action to ensure timely resolution;

Data collection of AUM and performance for institutional and sub advised portfolios;

Work closely with Operations team to address any open issues;

Develop and maintain strong relationships with custodial banks on the accounting and administration of various portfolios;

Communicate closely with team members and report issues/status of projects to management.

Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, particularly in investment accounting;

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Excellent organizational skills & the ability to multi-task;

Knowledge of investment accounting and performance measurement is preferable;

Experience with InvestOne accounting platform a plus;

B.S./B.A. in or accounting or other business related curriculum.
