Liaise with internal business groups and external vendors for various reconciliation and accounting initiatives such as reconciliation of the payroll register and journal entries
Responsibilities
· Work with auditors to maintain compliance regulations
· Ad Hoc reporting for business intelligence and analytics
· “Clean-up” of various compensation accounts and outstanding issues
· Assist in the transition of accounts from Finance to Payroll Compensation Accounting
· Work with benefits to receive compensation award and vesting schedules to amortize
Qualifications:
BA/BS Accounting or Equivalent
Experience with accounting clean-up and reconciliation
Planning & Analysis experience a plus
Integration experience
Expense Accounting and operational experience a plus
Compensation experience is a plus
Vendor Management experience
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
