Senior dealer - Funds Services , Transfer Agency (m/f)
Function
Transfer Agency is looking to further strengthen its Dealing capabilities in Funds Services. Funds Services is in charge to execute and monitor orders in investment funds received from its clients.
The team is split in 2 depending on the type of investment: - Daily team : funds with daily NAV, mainly European funds - Monthly team : funds with monthly NAV, mainly offshore hedge funds
- Upon receipt of a client instruction, transmit the order to the adequate Transfer Agent / Administrators across the world
- Follow-up of the order execution
- Ensure the overall quality of transaction processing within the team
- Respond to specific queries from clients related to their transactions
- Book the transaction in the Custody system
Profile
- minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position or in an Transfer Agent
- Good verbal & written communication skills, having the ability to deal with clients, intermediaries and colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to details and constant focus on quality
- Advanced IT skills
- Native English with strong skills in american accents and a good working knowledge of French are essential. Additional European languages would be considered an advantage.
