Private Equity arm of leading Investment Bank Regional exposure Strong career growth
Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is looking for Analysts/Associates to join their Real Estate Private Equity Business.
Conducting valuation and financial analysis, and due diligence on real estate investment projects.
Coordinating transaction process and liaising with external parties including legal counsel, regulatory entities, etc.
Drafting transaction document, business plans, financial forecasts, and running industry and market analyst.
Heavily involved in the maintainence of their Real Estate portfolio.
Qualified degree in finance or related discipline from a leading university.
Minimum 2 years experience in a leading investment bank. Prior experience in private equity a plus.
High attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent Mandarin or Korean a plus.
