• Set up and administration of shareholder and intermediary accounts
• Input and processing of Shareholders instructions
• Processing of transfers and orders (subscriptions and redemptions)
• Reporting for shareholders (dealing confirmations, monthly statements)
• Resolving of errors, complaint and other issues
• Ensuring compliance to established procedures and controls

Profile

• Previous professional experience in Transfer Agency
• Fluent knowledge in English
• PC literacy (especially Excel)
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills
• Stress resistant, ability to work under pressure
