The Project Finance division of this Global Financial Services house continues to demonstrate leadership in project financing based upon its huge risk appetite, focussed industry knowledge and superior customer service. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Director with consummate Resources experience and an energetic Associate Director to join their team in Sydney, focusing on the Resource sector for Australian and Asian companies. As a Director your excellent knowledge of the players and deals in the Resources Project Finance market as well as leadership of deal teams including knowledge across documentation, arranging, as well as modelling knowledge will ensure your success The AD will work closely with the account management team, and will play a key role in providing in-depth credit risk assessment of new deals, manage the credit submission process and monitor and review existing facilities. Importantly, the AD will contribute to the deal structuring process and exhibit leadership, and be an energetic member, of the bid team. Ideally, candidates will be tertiary qualified in a finance or geology/engineering related discipline. Your ability to work under pressure and achieve tight cost-effective timescales is vital as is your ability to engage internal and external senior stakeholders. Your superior verbal and written communication with a strong attention to detail, along with your excellent knowledge of the Resource Sector will ensure you are well rewarded. Interested?
